SeawallsNew Concrete Seawall Cap & Dock
Riviera Beach, FL
A new poured concrete cap and a rebuilt dock, delivered as one project by one crew. The cap is the part of a seawall that takes the daily hits — sun, salt, and foot traffic — and a clean pour like this protects the wall beneath it for decades. Rebuilding the dock in the same mobilization gave the owner a finished waterline in one project instead of two.

A custom dock built around how this owner actually uses the water, not a standard template. Marine-grade decking shrugs off salt, sun, and daily traffic without the sanding-and-sealing cycle of bare wood. Pompano Beach canal homes live on their docks, and this one was sized, framed, and finished to be the most-used square footage on the property.
